Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. 3John 1:2

When you take the time to nurture yourself, spend time in the presence of the Lord and study the word of God you develop the strength to handle difficult situations with grace and confidence. I am a strong believer that our greatest resilience comes from having complete trust in God. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. Psalms 20:7

7.Maintaining a Sense of Identity: Motherhood is just one aspect of your identity. Engaging in self-care activities that align with your interests , core values, and passions helps you maintain a sense of individuality beyond being a mom. This, in turn, contributes to flourishing, and having overall happiness and fulfillment.
