He has Risen!

Rejoice and celebrate!!

Our savior lives. Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth , they said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead.? He is not here, but is risen. Luke 24:5-6

The angles asked this question to the women who came to Jesus tomb that first Easter morning. They had prepared the spices that they had and went to Jesus tomb. But by their surprise when they arrived the stone had been rolled back, and Jesus body was not there. He could not be found because He had risen from the dead!!! He had told his followers that He  would suffer and be crucified and He would rise on the third day.

I thank God on today!!! Because of His resurrection we are no longer in our sins. And if Christ is not risen , your faith is futile, you are still in your sins. 1st Corth. 15:17 Jesus bore our sins, suffered the wrath of God, and died in our place. Because He was raised up and justified by God so are we!!!

Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ we can be born again and receive and experience a new life in Christ. Because Christ lives I live, not only here but it guarantees our future resurrection as well.

 
I praise God for His plan of salvation even before the creation of the world. He gave us His greatest gift. He loved mankind so much that He  made a way for us to be reconciled back to Him through the death of Christ. He saw fit for His son, the Precious Lamb of God to suffer and die on the cross at Calvary for the sins of man kind. But it didn’t stop there!!!

 Our savior rose on the third day!! He is alive!!! We serve a living God. NOW He is sitting at the right hand of the father making intercessions on our behalf.


 The same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us and give life to our mortal bodies. Hallelujah!!!!!!!
