On this journey many of us are challenged with prioritizing our self-care and struggles with overcoming limiting beliefs. In this blog we aim to provide insights, strategies, and encouragement to help you thrive in both your professional and personal life. In order to be fulfilled in both, first we have to have a change of speech and mindset.

It’s time to be transformed and practice the power of self-care and break free from these common limiting beliefs.

Here are five common limiting beliefs working moms may have when it comes to self-care:

  • "I don't have enough time": Many working moms feel overwhelmed with their responsibilities and may believe they don't have time for self-care activities.
  • "Self-care is selfish": Some working moms may feel guilty about taking time for themselves, believing they should prioritize their family or work over their own needs.
  • "I'm not worth it": This belief involves feeling unworthy of self-care or prioritizing one's own well-being, perhaps due to low self-esteem or a lack of self-value.
