Gratitude transforms our hearts, and changes our perspective allowing us to experience God’s joy, even in the midst of busyness.

Start a gratitude journal, listing three things you’re thankful for each day. Throughout the day, take moments to praise, pause, and thank God for specific blessings, whether big or small. Practicing gratitude will remind you that God is at work in every part of your life, and it will give you a sense of peace and contentment in spite of.

Reflection: Gratitude invites God’s presence into our day-to-day life. When we make space to recognize His goodness, we begin to see His hand in everything. A grateful heart sees not only the blessings but also the opportunities for growth in the challenges. As you cultivate gratitude, you’ll notice more joy and less stress, knowing that God is faithful and always providing.
